We are looking for a confidentBankCare & Support Workerwith a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.

You\’ll have the opportunity to work bank shifts (12 hour shifts) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Woodrow House.

Woodrow House is a 9 bed specialist residential service, supporting adults with learning disabilities who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs.

We provide specialist care and support that is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration. We encourage and enable the residents to lead a full and happy life and work with them to find out their strengths, abilities and preferences so that their care can be as person-centred as possible.
