The Programme Manager is responsible for the successful planning, governance, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programmes that support the organisation’s strategic objectives. This role focuses on establishing robust programme structures, aligning stakeholders, managing interdependencies, and ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and realise intended business benefits. The Programme Manager provides oversight and direction across multiple projects, ensuring consistency, control, and effective execution.
Focusing on programme ownership, governance, and alignment - ensuring delivery is coordinated, risks are managed, and outcomes are realised - rather than hands-on project delivery, with functional owners owning the delivery of the initiative, you will act as the connective layer across business, technology, and functional teams to ensure strategic programmes deliver measurable commercial and operational value.

- Define and maintain the overall programme structure, including governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and decision-making processes
- Develop and manage integrated programme plans, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams and projects

- Monitor programme progress, performance, and delivery against agreed milestones, taking corrective action where required
- Provide regular, high-quality reporting and insights to senior stakeholders, including programme status, risks, and outcomes
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure clear communication across all levels of the organisation
