The Process & Change Lead is responsible for defining, coordinating, and embedding effective process change communication strategies across business programmes and projects. Working in close partnership with Programme Manager, functional leads, and transformation/project teams, the role ensures that change is understood, adopted, and sustained across the organisation. The position focuses on process change ownership and enablement, rather than delivery of individual project outcomes, ensuring consistency, alignment, and a people-centred approach to transformation.
Salary: £45,000
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the Programme Manager, support the development of and implement a structured change management framework across programmes and projects.
- Define and oversee the approach to stakeholder engagement, communications, and business readiness.
- Partner with Programme Managers to ensure change activities are aligned with programme plans and milestones.
- Work closely with functional leads to understand business impacts and ensure appropriate change interventions are in place.
- Coordinate change plans across multiple projects, ensuring consistency and avoiding duplication or gaps.
- Lead the development of clear, targeted communication strategies and materials to support programme delivery, working with the Internal Communications and Marketing teams to communicate.
- Ensure change impacts are assessed, documented, and effectively managed across the organisation.
- Monitor and report on change readiness, adoption, and engagement levels.
- Provide guidance, challenge, and support to project teams on change and communication activities.
- Establish and maintain tools, templates, and standards for change and communications across programmes.

- Experience in large-scale transformation or integration environments.
- Familiarity with structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Experience working within matrix organisations.
