Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Programme Manager to develop and implement a structured change management framework across programmes and projects.
- Define and oversee the stakeholder engagement, communications, and business readiness approach.
- Ensure change activities align with programme plans and milestones.
- Work closely with functional leads to understand business impacts and ensure appropriate change interventions are in place.
- Coordinate change plans across multiple projects, ensuring consistency and avoiding duplication or gaps.
- Lead the development of clear, targeted communication strategies and materials to support programme delivery, collaborating with Internal Communications and Marketing teams.
- Assess, document, and manage change impacts across the organisation.
- Monitor and report on change readiness, adoption, and engagement levels.
- Provide guidance, challenge, and support to project teams on change and communication activities.
- Establish and maintain tools, templates, and standards for change and communications across programmes.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience leading change management across complex programmes or transformations.
- Strong understanding of change and communication methodologies and best practice.
- Experience working across multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to translate complex change into clear, engaging communication.
- Experience assessing and managing business change impacts and readiness.
- Experience in large-scale transformation or integration environments.
- Familiarity with structured change methodologies such as Prosci and ADKAR.
- Experience working within matrix organisations.
