To achieve this we are looking for dynamic and experienced Transformation Manager with the overall objective to design, establish/continue, and maintain tracking of the strategic priorities across the business, so there is visibility to the senior management while ownership is solidly anchored in the operational teams.
In addition to overseeing the PMO, you will lead select high impact projects yourself from origination to execution, and drive implementation of innovative business models with the commercial team. All of the above with the aim of ensuring the progress of the transformation agenda translates into a concrete and measurable effect on our P&L.
You will join the newly established Commercial Transformation and Business Development Team in Mediq UK. This role reports directly to the Commercial Transformation and Business Development Director and will be an integral part of the Managing Director's management team agenda. You will also be part of the global Transformation team, led by the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) to whom you will have a dotted reporting line.
Responsibilities:- PMO – System & Process Transformation (PMO Leadership)
- Expect main focus on systems and processes transformations
- Oversight, Enablement: Lead the planning, coordination, and tracking of system and process transformation initiatives, bringing structure and clarity to key projects.
- Project Governance: Establish and maintain PMO processes that track key deliverables, timelines, risks, and outcomes for system and process changes.
- ERP System Transition: Ability to lead future ERP transition from the business side.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Change Management
- New Business Model Development: Shape new business models: Drive development of new business models to drive future growth opportunities for Mediq UK together with Commercial Transformation and Business Development Director.
- Implementation Oversight: Ensure the seamless implementation of approved business models into the PMO including coordinating with key business functions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and assess the performance of implemented business models, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Drive Key Strategic Projects
- Drive high impact project: Drive select high impact strategic project from the PMO calendar either independently or alongside key members of the UK senior leadership team.
- Secure the impact: Ensure project goes from initiation to execution and implementation in the line functions. Track the performance and ensure the impact has been delivered.
- Strategy Development: Working alongside the commercial leadership, take the lead for the annual strategy development process. Ensuring the local UK strategy aligns to that of the Group.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with strong commercial acumen and demonstrated experience in project management or PMO leadership, ideally within a commercial transformation or business growth context. You will have proven ability to manage and collaborate across multiple functions, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives and process transformation projects.
You have worked in a relevant role in the industry, so you understand how an organization functions. It is an extra bonus but not required if this is without a relevant industry, e.g. healthcare.
Demonstrated experience in project management or PMO leadership, ideally within a commercial transformation or business growth context. Strong analytical skills with experience in business case development, and assessing the viability of new business initiatives. Ability to think strategically about commercial growth and operational transformation, translating business needs into actionable plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of one's projects and ensure overall success for the company, including self-motivation to take on and solve projects as they come up. A strong understanding of commercial drivers and the ability to align strategic initiatives with overall business objectives. Good understanding of ERP systems and processes, with the ability to work with ERP experts (internal and external) to manage system migrations and transformations.
Salary - £80,000 plus car / car allowance.
