Telesales Person

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication. This role requires a strong ability to engage with customers and a passion for sales., * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our offerings.

• Utilise Salesforce and other software tools to track interactions and manage customer information.

• Effectively communicate product benefits and features to potential customers.

• Handle objections and queries with professionalism and confidence.

• Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes, and follow-up actions.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.

• Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine marketing strategies.

• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.

• Strong sales skills with a proven track record in telemarketing or related fields.

• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

• Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients over the phone.

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
