Mediplacements are currently recruiting for an experienced band 7 blood transfusion Biomedical Scientist to work in a laboratory in London. This is a full-time position due to start as soon as possible with a pay rate of up to GBP31 per hour. Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30, 09:00 to 17:30, 10:00 to 18:30, 12:00 to 20:30.
Skills/Experience required:
- Sound background of Blood group serology e.g. Sample receipt, Blood grouping and antibody screening, antibody identification, automation and manual techniques
- Strong background in Quality Management Systems will be added advantage
