Mediplacements are recruiting an experienced Sonographer to fill a locum position in Bangor & Wrexham. The role starts as soon as possible and offers a pay rate of GBP30‑GBP40 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out specialised ultrasound examinations to a high standard and reporting findings.
- Working independently to departmental guidelines and being accountable for actions.
- Reviewing and interpreting images and communicating findings to other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- PG Dip in Medical Ultrasound or equivalent, awarded from a CASE accredited UK University.
- HCPC registration.
- Excellent clinical skills and experience across a wide range of examinations including general abdominal, gynaecological, obstetric, DVT and, advantageously, small parts and/or MSK.
