Responsibilities:
- Running valuations and performing strategic and financial analyses on sectors and/or companies.
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing and transaction materials under the guidance of senior team members.
- Playing a critical role within day-to-day origination efforts and execution of M&A transactions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (C1/C2 level).
- Very good analytical skills and strong oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work as a team player.
- Desirable previous experience in investment banking, private equity, or audit.
- Willingness to perform at a high level and thrive on teamwork.
- Interest in joining small teams of experienced bankers.
- Highly motivated and entrepreneurial, eager to gain exposure to senior bankers and clients on live transactions.
- Excellent academic background.
