We are recruiting experienced Cataract Theatre HCA’s to support high volume Cataract lists.
Shift Times: 07:30 – 18:00
Pay Rate: £225 per shift
Weekday Demand: Monday – Friday (2 x HCA per day)
Weekend Demand: Saturday & Sunday (1 x HCA per day)
What you will be doing:
- Circulating HCA support for Cataract Theatre
- Supporting surgeons + theatre team flow
- Supporting safe throughput (20 patients per list)
- Maintaining theatre standards, safety, equipment prep + patient flow
Experience Required:
- Ophthalmology / Cataract theatre experience essential
- Confident circulating in Cataract environment
- Able to support within fast paced, high throughput lists
