We work in close partnership with the NHS and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), providing innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and support more efficient healthcare delivery. Our newest service, HealthHarmonie Community, delivers ADHD assessments and treatment. Since launching, the service has experienced rapid growth, creating significant recruitment demand.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Recruitment Consultant to focus primarily on sourcing and hiring for our ADHD Assessment Service, HealthHarmonie Community. This is a critical role, ensuring we attract and secure the right clinical and non-clinical talent to support a fast-growing service that is making a genuine difference to patients and their families. While your main focus will be on HealthHarmonie Community, you will also support wider Medinet Group recruitment campaigns as required.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and act as a trusted partner to hiring managers across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Candidate Sourcing & Attraction: Proactively source nursing and medical professionals through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct approaches. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for community healthcare and ADHD service roles. Create and manage engaging job adverts tailored to attract high-quality candidates. Promote HealthHarmonie and the Medinet Group as employers of choice.
- Screening & Selection: Conduct CV screening and initial telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability. Verify qualifications, experience, and compliance with role and regulatory requirements. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers where required. Support offer management and onboarding processes.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an excellent recruitment experience. Act as a key point of contact for candidate queries throughout the recruitment process. Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand and meet staffing needs. Represent the organisation at careers fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns.
- Performance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Provide regular updates and insights to management on recruitment activity and progress. Support the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and ways of working.
- Technology & Systems: Use ATS and CRM systems to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows. Ensure GDPR compliance across all recruitment activities.
- Essential: Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency. Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment. A professional approach and the ability to represent the organisation positively.
- Desirable: Recruitment experience within healthcare, mental health, or a regulated environment. Experience recruiting for high-growth services. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
