About the role: As a Compliance Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our clinical workforce. Your duties will include meticulously vetting applicants, collaborating closely with the operations and clinical teams to maintain the highest standards in candidate deployment, and ensuring the accuracy of personnel records. Your proactive approach, teamwork, and strong attention to detail will be key in navigating our fast-paced environment, contributing to Medinet's mission of delivering exceptional patient care.
Role responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough vetting of clinical applicants in accordance with Medinet's vetting policy, including:
- Verifying residency, right to work, and identity
- Performing professional registration checks (NMC, HCPC, GMC, etc.)
- Conducting CRB checks
- Validating training and qualification information
- Conducting pre-approval checks based on training and experience
- Liaising with clinical approvers to gather additional information as needed
- Documenting outcomes of clinical reviews and facilitating next steps in the application process
- Securely storing all candidate-provided documentation and forms within our SharePoint platform
- Creating and updating personnel records across various secondary systems such as Planday and Credentially.
- Gathering necessary information upon joining the organisation
- Issuing and managing contracts as required
About you:
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels, both externally and internally.

- Can work well under pressure, maintaining composure and effectiveness in demanding situations.
