We are seeking an experienced Neurology Consultant to support a series of outpatient clinics running through to the end of March. The role focuses primarily on assessing new neurology patients, with some follow-up appointments expected toward the end of the contract. All follow-up results will be reported remotely.
Main duties of the job:
- Outpatient neurology clinics focusing mainly on new patient assessments
- Ability to manage a mixed caseload with some follow-ups later in the contract
- Provide clear, accurate documentation and remote reporting of results
- Deliver high quality patient-centred care within a busy clinic environment
Person Specification:
- Fully qualified Consultant Neurologist with relevant GMC registration
- Strong experience in outpatient neurology settings
- Confident managing new patient assessments and follow-up reviews
- Excellent communication, clinical judgement, and time management skills
