40 Hours per week

Working Night shift Sunday to Tuesday 22.30 until 7:00 and Thursday to Friday 16.30 until 1:00 (with Wednesday and Saturday non-working days).

As an Operation Administrator, it will be your organisational skills and administrative support that helps to keep the Operation moving. Making a real difference to all kinds of teams, you will be the key link between our operative colleagues and our systems, making sure customer orders are correctly sent for picking, invoices are processed, and paperwork is accurate. Deadlines are tight, but it’s the chance to thrive in a role where no two nights are the same.

What You Bring To The Mix

  • Significant experience using software including Microsoft Office
  • The ability to prioritise work with minimal supervision
  • Problem-solving skills and the confidence to communicate any issues
  • The ability to build relationships with all kinds of people
  • Ideally, experience in a similar warehouse admin role but this isn’t essential.
