What We’re Looking For:

• Holds QTS and a degree in Maths or a related subject.
• Has strong subject knowledge and a good understanding of current educational developments.
• Is passionate about Education and committed to achieving excellent outcomes for all pupils.
• Has high expectations and believes every young person can succeed.
• Can inspire curiosity, resilience and a love of learning through engaging and inclusive teaching.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
• Is committed to creating a positive, safe and supportive learning environment.
• Works collaboratively with colleagues and contributes positively to the wider life of the school.
• Is committed to continuous professional development and embraces innovative teaching practices.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire a love of Maths.
• Monitor and support pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet diverse needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to raise standards and promote academic success.
• Actively contribute to our inclusive school ethos and positive learning environment.
