Medina College is seeking to appoint a Receptionist, working 2 days a week. You will provide a highly effective and efficient College reception, ensuring high customer service at all times, as well as designated administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, parents, and students in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and manage general enquiries
- Manage attendance records and sign-in systems
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold safeguarding procedures at all times
What Weβre Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in a school or educational environment is desirable but not essential
- A positive attitude and the ability to multitask under pressure
