Medilogic UK Ltd is the provider of Methasoft, the leading computer-controlled Methadone dispensing system in the UK. Our solutions cater to both prison and community pharmacists, enabling them to save significant time each week. With a focus on efficiency and reliability, Medilogic supports healthcare providers in delivering better service to their patients. We are committed to innovation and maintaining our status as a trusted partner in the medical technology sector.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Southampton for an Installer and Trainer, with frequent travel/overnight stays in the UK. The Installer and Trainer will be responsible for the installation, setup, and configuration of Medilogic systems. Key tasks include:
- Training clients on system usage
- Providing ongoing technical support
- Addressing client enquiries effectively
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues during deployment
- Regular collaboration with the internal team to refine processes and address client feedback
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in system installation, equipment setup, and configuration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for delivering comprehensive training
- Ability to manage troubleshooting and technical support effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Methadone dispensing systems or healthcare technology is a plus
- Willingness to travel to client sites and adapt to on-site working environments
- Manual Driving Licence
- Able to pass the prison clearance/vetting process
Salary Bracket: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. Free on-site parking.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 0800-1700 with 1 Hour for lunch. Inclusion in helpdesk weekend and bank holiday on-call rota where support is provided 08:30-15:00 – approximately one weekend a month, paid extra.
