As a Deputy Ward Manager/Charge Nurse,you will play a crucial role in supporting the Ward Manager in the day-to-day running of the ward. Youll provide clinical leadership, mentor junior staff, and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Criteria for the role β€” Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RGN) with current NMC registration- Experience in a mental health or specialist care setting (inpatient experience desirable)
