About the Role
Medik8 is transforming the skincare industry with science-backed technology and clinically proven formulas. Operating with low egos and high standards, our mission is to simplify the route to great skin through our pioneering CSA Philosophy®: Vitamin C plus Sunscreen by day, and Vitamin A by night.
As our Senior Brand Marketing Manager (EMEA & RoW), you will serve as the primary custodian of our brand story and the core operational engine powering our New Product Launch (NPL) roadmap across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Rest of World markets. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, EMEA & RoW, you will own the regional end-to-end NPD stage-gate process, orchestrate 360° omnichannel brand campaigns, and set best-in-class visual merchandising standards across all retail and distributor partners.
If you thrive at the intersection of creative brand storytelling and rigorous commercial project management, this role offers an exceptional platform to shape regional expansion within a high-growth, B Corp™ certified global skincare brand.
In More Detail, Your Role Will Include:
- NPD Stage-Gate Launch Leadership: Lead and own the regional stage-gate process from brief through to counter launch; coordinate launch deliverables (trade sell-in decks, VM elements, PR samples, training toolkits) across a single master critical path.
- 360° Regional Campaign Delivery: Build and execute the annual EMEA & RoW brand campaign calendar; map hero SKU moments and seasonal activations across OOH, paid media, influencer seeding, and physical retail.
- Visual Merchandising & POS Frameworks: Set regional VM guidelines in collaboration with the Global VM team; oversee display artwork approvals, manage POS specifications, and conduct regular retail execution audits.
- Commercial & Supply Chain Forecasting: Partner with Demand Planning and Commercial teams on volume forecasting for core launches; identify operational risks and establish mitigating actions at least eight weeks prior to market rollout.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Budgeting: Chair regular cross-functional marketing syncs; act as the primary regional partner to Global Product teams; manage brand A&P expenditure, budget consolidation, and post-launch reviews (Weeks 4, 12, 26, 52).
- Team Guidance & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a Brand Marketing Executive, fostering their professional growth while maintaining high execution standards during busy launch cycles.
What We Are Looking For
Our Commitment to Inclusion (The 60% Rule): Research shows candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often only apply if they meet 100% of criteria. At Medik8, we care about potential and transferable talent. If you meet at least 60% of the essential criteria, we encourage you to apply!
Essential Criteria (What you definitely need):
- NPD Stage-Gate & Launch Expertise: Demonstrable track record managing multi-market new product launch stage-gate processes, critical paths, and cross-functional go-to-market workflows.
- Prestige Beauty / Skincare Affinity: Solid background in brand or product marketing within prestige skincare, cosmetics, or personal care environments.
- 360° Omnichannel Campaign Strategy: Proven experience delivering integrated brand marketing campaigns encompassing retail, earned PR, OOH, and digital channels.
- Visual Merchandising & In-Store Execution: Practical understanding of retail visual merchandising guidelines, POS print production artwork sign-offs, and counter design principles.
- Budget & Commercial Acumen: Experience managing brand A&P allocations, reviewing P&L campaign investments, and working with commercial teams on product sell-in and demand forecasting.
- People Leadership: Experience formally managing, coaching, or mentoring direct reports in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Desirable Criteria (The 'nice-to-haves'):
- Direct agency management experience across creative, production, and visual merchandising partners.
