The purpose of the Manufacturing Administrator is to support the daily administration of manufacturing operations, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will have many opportunities to progress and learn, great benefits that reward our people and an inclusive culture that enables everyone to be truly authentic. You will join a super friendly team and work in a great environment where you will build friends for life. This role is a permanent full-time opportunity and is onsite based Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm.
What will your role include? This role will cover supporting a range of departments within Medik8:
- Blending
- Logging and managing manufacturing paperwork into the ERP system (Odoo)
- Making adjustments to the ERP system when issues are highlighted to ensure correct ordering takes place
- Troubleshoots and resolves any system issues
- Inputting the consumption of blends
- Ensuring ingredient lists correlate within the system
- Maintaining and updating training documentation
- General ad-hoc administration including scanning of documents
- Providing administrative support to the manufacturing team, covering a variety of tasks and projects
- Engineering
- Managing supplier communications
- Ordering supplies and handling finance-related purchase orders and queries
- Overseeing stock management
- Assisting with CMMS maintenance effort
- Budget sheet updating and monitoring
- Continuous Improvement
- Assisting with engineering stores and CMMS improvements
- Providing support to various improvement projects
- Supporting data visibility and reporting enhancements
- Helping with process implementation
- Inputting and updating KPIs and manufacturing sheets
