The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial FP&A, you will be a vital strategic partner responsible for the financial integrity of our core planning and reporting processes. In this position, you will coordinate core planning, define performance data requirements, and actively drive the automation projects that support our commercial decision‑making.
This role is ideal for a finance professional with a background in Commercial FP&A who approaches challenges with an agile mindset, enjoys working collaboratively across teams, and possesses strong project and stakeholder management skills. Essential Criteria
- Analytical Problem Solving: Strong financial modeling capabilities with the ability to simplify complex data sets into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Finance & Planning Experience: Professional experience working within a Commercial FP&A, core financial planning, or corporate finance function.
- Commercial Acumen: The ability to understand business drivers and focus on how financial choices impact consumer and commercial performance.
