Key responsibilities will include:
- Aligns operational capacity and business demands, to ensure orders are dispatched on time and in full.
- Guarantees all ongoing internal and external customer requirements are consistently met.
- Responsible for smooth processing of all import and export movements.
- Proactively identifies efficiencies and implements preventative actions to improve logistics processes and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinates team tasks to ensure high quality standards of deliverables, meeting deadlines and minimising wastage.
Requirements:
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Have excellent PC literacy skills.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills with a systematic approach to your work.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply numerical reasoning, think critically,
- and identify errors.
- Confident and effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with customs processes is a significant advantage.
