Key Responsibilities
Strategic Vision & Leadership
- Define and lead a global education strategy aligned to commercial priorities
- Drive measurable brand growth, market expansion, and ROI through education
Learning Ecosystem Development
- Oversee the global rollout and optimisation of the Medik8 Learning Management System (LMS)
- Embed the LMS as the central pillar of our multi-channel education ecosystem
Regional Alignment & Localisation
- Adapt global strategies for relevance and effectiveness in key international markets (particularly US and Rest of World)
- Support regional teams in creating culturally attuned and locally impactful educational content
Partner & Customer Engagement
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with distributors, professionals, and key customers
- Leverage insights to evolve content, support product excellence, and drive usage
Market Expansion & Innovation
- Lead education strategy in new and emerging markets
- Stay ahead of trends with best-in-class educational innovation
Brand Representation
- Represent Medik8 at global events, digital platforms, and media appearances
- Be a visible, credible ambassador of the Medik8 education ethos
Internal Leadership & Collaboration
- Align closely with regional Education Teams for consistent global messaging
- Ensure delivery of best-in-class training and educational standards across all markets
About You
- Experienced leader with a strong track record in global education strategy within skincare, beauty, wellness, or professional services
- Proven success in implementing and scaling LMS platforms internationally
- Expertise in adapting global strategies to regional nuances (especially US and ROW)
- Commercially driven and deeply passionate about education as a growth engine
- Inspiring communicator and public speaker, comfortable with industry and PR engagements
- Collaborative relationship-builder, data-informed, and insight-driven
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy or related field (essential)
