At Medik8, we are moving at a phenomenal pace, and we are looking for a highly organised Marketing Assistant to join our EMEA & RoW team. This is a broad, varied, and fast-moving role right at the centre of our regional marketing engine - making it the absolute perfect step for someone early in their marketing career who wants exposure across brand, trade, PR, and influencer functions.

You will be the operational backbone of the team, providing essential administrative and coordination support directly to the Head of Marketing and the wider squad. If you love keeping moving parts organised, take pride in flawless execution, and want to learn how a global skincare brand scales further down the road, you’ll fit right in.

The Details

  • Salary: £27500 to £29000
  • Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home
  • Current office location: Centennial Park, Elstree but relocating to central London from 2027

In more detail, your role will include:

  • Team & launch support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Head of Marketing, including setting up new line forms for channels, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Budget & finance administration: Take ownership of tracking the team budget spreadsheet. You will log purchase orders, process supplier invoices, and flag any upcoming financial commitments.
  • Asset & content management: Keep our shared folders beautifully organised, ensuring campaign assets, brand guidelines, and product launch toolkits are correctly versioned and easy for our distributor partners to access.
  • Campaign & event coordination: Help manage logistics for press and influencer events (from invitations and RSVP tracking to gift prep). You'll also track launch milestones against our go-to-market calendar to keep everyone on time.
  • Reporting & insights: Support the team by consolidating data for monthly reporting packs, maintaining our KPI dashboard, and keeping a close eye on competitor activity and industry trends.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Early experience: 0–2 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or team coordination role. A genuine interest in beauty and skincare is a massive plus!
  • Organisational skills: Fantastic time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple small projects calmly and efficiently.
  • Technical comfort: High proficiency across Microsoft Office or Google Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with tools like Asana or Canva is desirable but not essential.
  • Mindset: A positive, proactive "team-first" attitude with a sharp eye for detail. You are someone who loves to learn, asks great questions, and catches errors before they go out the door.
  • Languages (Desirable): A second European language (particularly French or German) would be fantastic, though it's not a dealbreaker.
