This isn’t just about day-to-day maintenance; you will be right in the thick of a global expansion. You’ll be responsible for content setup, managing large volumes of product data, and ensuring the brand translates perfectly across new territories. If you are someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and likes seeing a project through from a spreadsheet to a live, functioning site, you’ll fit right in.

Duration: 6 Month FTC

Salary: £25,500 to £27,000 (dependant on experience)

Hybrid Working: This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week based at our office and 2 days from home.

Location: We are currently based in Centennial Park, Elstree, however, we will be relocating to the Central London area in 2027.

Your role will include:

  • Site Launch Support: Helping us build and launch seven localised sites, performing vital pre-launch checks to ensure everything is perfect for our customers.
  • Content Management: Uploading and formatting product data across various platforms, making sure every description and asset is accurate and consistent.
  • Localisation: Using tools to translate and adapt our content so it feels authentic to each specific market, while keeping the brand tone consistent.
  • Team Collaboration: Supporting the wider ecommerce team with homepage updates, promotional campaigns, and troubleshooting to keep the customer experience seamless.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Previous experience in an ecommerce, digital, or content management role.
  • A solid grasp of CMS or ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing your eye for detail.
  • Strong written communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as a collaborative team player.
