We are looking for a highly organised CRM Executive to join Medik8 during an incredibly busy and exciting period for the business. As we continue to elevate and expand our CRM strategy across global channels, we are looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive and passionate about customer retention to help drive this forward. This role goes far beyond day-to-day campaign sends. You will play a key part in supporting the evolution of our retention and loyalty strategy, helping shape lifecycle communications across email and SMS/MMS channels while ensuring all messaging reflects our premium brand voice.

- Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home
- Current office location: Centennial Park, Elstree
- Please note: We are planning to relocate to Central London in 2027
In more detail, your role will include:
- Campaign Delivery
- Supporting the execution of CRM activity across email and SMS/MMS channels
- Ensuring campaigns are accurately planned, briefed and delivered on time
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth campaign delivery
- Content & Copywriting
- Producing high-quality CRM copy in line with Medik8 brand guidelines
- Supporting wider digital content initiatives across online channels where needed
- Proofreading and reviewing communications to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Supporting A/B testing across content and creative
- Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on key trading metrics
- Making data-led recommendations to improve engagement and performance
- Loyalty & Retention
- Supporting the development and execution of loyalty initiatives
- Helping drive customer retention, engagement and long-term ROI
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous experience within a CRM, email marketing or retention-focused role
- Experience using CRM platforms to build, test and optimise campaigns
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confidence using Excel and/or Google Analytics to track campaign performance
- Excellent written communication and proofreading skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working within a fast-paced team environment
