Medik8 is on a remarkable growth journey - and we’re now building out our newly formed D2C EMEA & RoW team to help take our international ecommerce offering to the next level.
As our Ecommerce Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in owning and optimising our international e-commerce operations. You’ll be responsible for the trading performance of our EU and Rest of World websites - driving revenue, improving the customer experience, and executing localised campaigns with precision and impact.
You’ll lead a small team and collaborate closely with marketing, creative, logistics, digital and customer service to deliver seamless experiences, while also getting stuck into new site launches as we localise and scale across new markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trading & Performance: Build and lead trading calendars across markets, aligning with marketing to define promo cadence and seasonal priorities
  • Campaign Execution: Brief and execute global and localised campaigns across site and channels, working with creative and agency partners
  • Website Management: Oversee site merchandising, content updates, and day-to-day optimisation across EMEA & RoW D2C sites
  • UX Optimisation: Drive conversion through A/B testing, UX enhancements, and functionality improvements in collaboration with digital and creative teams
  • Paid Media: Manage our agency partners and ensure acquisition channels are delivering ROI
  • Ops Oversight: Work closely with logistics, supply, and 3PL teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery
  • Reporting & Insights: Own e-commerce performance reporting, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making
  • People Management: Lead, coach and develop 1–2 Ecommerce Executives
  • Collaboration: Partner with global functions across marketing, customer experience, and operations to align strategy and drive results
Your Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital trading, ideally across EMEA or international markets
  • Hands-on CMS/platform management experience (Shopify preferred)
  • Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of tools like GA4, Excel, and A/B testing platforms
  • Experience managing external agencies (e.g. paid media, creative, SEO)
  • Excellent project management skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and performance-driven strategy
