As our Ecommerce Manager for EMEA & RoW, you will step into a vital hub of our global digital footprint, joining a newly formed team with ambitious plans to transform our international D2C experience. The Details

  • Duration: Permanent
  • Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home
  • Current office location: Elstree but relocating to London Bridge from 1st November 2026

Your Impact & Accountability

  • Website & Trade Ownership: Take full accountability for our international sites. Design, build, and execute comprehensive trade plans and trading calendars for each market, aligning with local seasonality, consumer priorities, and promotional cadences.
  • Campaign Delivery: Plan, brief, and execute regional and global campaigns across our digital channels. Collaborate with global creative teams for assets and manage external agencies to ensure flawless, timely execution.
  • User Experience Optimisation: Drive a continuous A/B testing roadmap supported by global digital teams. Identify innovative initiatives to enhance usability, design, and functionality, ensuring an exceptional online shopping journey.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Own the data. Interrogate web analytics to understand customer behaviour, uncover targeting opportunities, and regularly report on performance metrics to guide future commercial decisions.
  • Operations Oversight: Partner closely with global Supply, Logistics, and 3PL teams to ensure optimal stock cover across all SKUs and guarantee seamless order delivery to our international community.
  • Team Leadership: Support, coach, and develop 1–2 Ecommerce Executives, fostering a supportive environment where they can learn and manage day-to-day site merchandising and trading activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the UK D2C team and wider global functions (Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain) to ensure a cohesive, efficient, and integrated online presence.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce, with a demonstrable history of delivering commercial results – ideally across international markets.
  • Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, with Shopify experience highly preferred. Proficiency in digital analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) is essential.
  • Commercial Acumen: A deep understanding of the digital marketing funnel and the specific levers required to optimise user journeys across paid, search, and social channels.
  • Analytical Mindset: Highly detail-oriented and data-driven, with practical experience in website operations, digital merchandising, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Agility: The ability to prioritise effectively, take immediate ownership of projects, and thrive within a fast-paced, ambitious business environment.
