We are looking for a highly organised Ecommerce Assistant to join us during an incredibly busy and exciting period. We are currently preparing to launch seven new ecommerce websites over the coming months and need someone detail‑oriented to help us get over the line. This isn’t just about day‑to‑day maintenance; you will be right in the thick of a global expansion. You’ll be responsible for content setup, managing large volumes of product data, and ensuring the brand translates perfectly across new territories. If you are someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and likes seeing a project through from a spreadsheet to a live, functioning site, you’ll fit right in.
Duration: 6 month FTC
Salary: £25,500 – £27,000 (depends on experience)
Hybrid Working: 3 days per week based at our office, 2 days remote
Location: Centennial Park, Elstree (relocating to Central London in 2027)
Your role will include:
- Site Launch Support: Helping us build and launch seven localised sites, performing vital pre‑launch checks to ensure everything is perfect for our customers.
- Content Management: Uploading and formatting product data across various platforms, ensuring every description and asset is accurate and consistent.
- Localisation: Using tools to translate and adapt our content so it feels authentic to each specific market, while keeping the brand tone consistent.
- Team Collaboration: Supporting the wider ecommerce team with homepage updates, promotional campaigns, and troubleshooting to keep the customer experience seamless.
