You will be a part of our UK division and will provide critical support to the Head of Customer Marketing Ecommerce. This role will be pivotal in executing a customer centric, data-driven and creative CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement and retention, and increase long-term customer lifetime value.
Through owning the creation and execution of channel activities (email and SMS), you will produce best in class communications to support our customer retention strategy and drive commercial objectives.

This is an incredibly exciting time to join the team as you will be working on two pioneering Medik8 projects – the continued roll out of personalisation across email and SMS via our new CDXP Bloomreach and next phase in the optimisation of loyalty programme.
Working closely with our in-house Creative and Brand teams, and supporting Trade and Acquisition teams, your entrepreneurial and analytical skills will have a direct impact on retention activity and, in turn, overall revenue to the business.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Leads BAU channel activities on email and SMS for Brand and Trade priorities, optimising performance and ways of working.
- Drives plans and delivery of more complex 1-to-1 lifecycle communications to drive CLTV.
- Leads on some key initiatives to help shape the Loyalty proposition and ensures Loyalty programs are executed to increase levels of retention and conversion, reaping maximum ROI for the business.
- Delivers successful email marketing campaigns, ensuring all emails are planned, briefed and executed on time and according to business needs
- Leads A/B testing programme of content & creatives, reports on performance and key trading moments and leverages best practices to make recommendations for improvements
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience in email marketing including managing targeted one-off campaigns and multi-step automated programmes (agency or in-house)
- Have experience in using CRM tools to set up and test campaigns, as well as optimise delivery including personalisation and dynamic content. Experience in using Bloomreach of a similar CDXP would be a plus
- Be data-driven and confident to measure metrics using Excel or equivalent
- Have strong analytical skills and ideally experience in using Google Analytics or equivalent to understand email behaviour
- Be an enthusiastic self-starter with strong planning and organisational skills
- Be detail-oriented and have meticulous proofreading skills
