We are looking for a highly organised CRM Executive to join Medik8 during an incredibly busy and exciting period for the business. As we continue to elevate and expand our CRM strategy across global channels, we are looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive and passionate about customer retention to help drive this forward. This role goes far beyond day-to-day campaign sends. You will play a key part in supporting the evolution of our retention and loyalty strategy, helping shape lifecycle communications across email and SMS/MMS channels while ensuring all messaging reflects our premium brand voice. - Salary: £36,000 to £39,000
- Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home
- Current office location: Centennial Park, Elstree
- Please note: We are planning to relocate to Central London in 2027
