At Medik8, we are moving at a phenomenal pace, and we are looking for a highly organised EMEA Marketing Executive – Activation & Retail to join our EMEA team on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our channel team, ensuring flawless physical execution across our distributor-managed markets. This isn't just about passing on guidelines; you will own the end-to-end 360 brand activations across our trade accounts. You will be responsible for translating our core marketing strategy into precise, on-time activation at the point of sale. The Details
- Salary: £30,000 to £37,000
- Duration: 6 Month FTC
- Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home
- Current office location: Centennial Park, Elstree but relocating to London Bridge from early November 2026
In more detail, your role will include:
- New Launch Management: Adapt and present brand toolkits to our distributor partners, collaborating closely with our education team to ensure smooth product training ahead of launch dates.
- Activation & VM Execution: Maintain our master POS and trade activation trackers. You will coordinate the design, production, and counter rollout logistics for visual merchandising materials, ensuring everything arrives perfectly on time.
- Compliance & Monitoring: Follow up with distributor contacts to ensure in-store displays match our briefs perfectly, flagging any execution gaps right now so we maintain our premium positioning.
- Sampling & Promotions: Manage the forecasting and fulfilment of sampling volumes, gift-with-purchase (GWP) initiatives, and launch packs across our distributor networks.
- Reporting & Budget Admin: Consolidate monthly activation reports to track performance against KPIs, while handling purchase orders, supplier invoices, and budget documentation.

- Trade Experience: Proven experience in a trade marketing, retail operations, or marketing coordinator role – ideally within beauty, FMCG, or luxury goods.
- Supplier Knowledge: Experience working alongside POS production teams, print suppliers, or logistics partners to bring creative concepts to life.
- Organisation & Detail: Strong project management skills and confidence tracking data via Excel or Google Sheets. You can manage multiple deadlines simultaneously without losing your sharp eye for detail.
- Communication Styles: Proactive and clear communication skills. You are someone who naturally flags issues early and keeps stakeholders aligned further down the road.
- Desirable Extras: Familiarity with indirect/distributor market models, experience with tools like Asana.
