Medik8 is looking for a dynamic and commercially-minded Commercial Education Manager to lead the education strategy across EMEA & ROW for both professional and retail channels. This is a pivotal role, combining skincare expertise, training excellence, and commercial acumen to drive measurable sales results and support our ambitious growth plans. As the EMEA & ROW Commercial Education Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our regional education strategy across clinics, salons & spas, e-tail, retail, and distributor networks. You will create impactful training programs that educate and drive business growth, foster engagement, and build a strong community of brand advocates.
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive regional education strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Translate brand and product strategy into clear education roadmaps across professional, D2C, distributor, e-tail, and pharmacy channels.
- Create an annual education calendar, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing professional development.
- Content Development & Delivery
- Develop commercially focused training content: protocols, consultation skills, retailing, treatment plans, and category education.
- Localise global education assets for EU/ROW markets, channels, and regulations.
- Lead training sessions, workshops, and events, both in-person and virtually.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across manuals, e-learning, and presentations.
- Commercial Impact & Performance Management
- Link all education activities to KPIs like revenue, retention, reordering, attach rate, and treatment uptake.
- Partner with BDMs and distributors to create education plans that drive commercial success.
- Track ROI of education activities and recommend optimisations.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Mentor and manage distributors and education partners in the region.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, clinic owners, e-tail teams, and marketing stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within regional and global education teams.
- Events & Brand Representation
- Serve as the primary education partner for distributors in EU/ROW.
- Support key markets with launch plans, in-clinic education, and commercial activation.
- Represent Medik8 at industry trade shows, PR opportunities, and other public-facing events.
- Stay informed on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor education strategies.
Experience & Skills
- Significant experience in commercial education or training, ideally within professional beauty or skincare.
- Proven multichannel experience managing education across professional, retail, and D2C channels.
- Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent such as CIBTAC, ITEC, CIDESCO) in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or related fields.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales through education initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills; confident on-camera presence.
- Experience creating compelling content and instructional design.
- Familiarity with LMS or e-learning platforms is a plus.
- Additional languages are desirable.
