We are looking for a highly organised Ecommerce Assistant to join us during an incredibly busy period. We are preparing to launch seven new ecommerce websites and need someone detail-oriented to help us through the process. This role involves content setup, managing large volumes of product data, and ensuring the brand translates across new territories. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and taking a project from a spreadsheet to a live site, you will fit right in.
Key Details
- Duration: 6 Month FTC
- Salary: £25,500 to £27,000 (dependant on experience)
- Hybrid Working: 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home
- Location: Based in Centennial Park, Elstree; relocation to Central London area planned for 2027.
Responsibilities
- Site Launch Support: Build and launch seven localised sites, performing pre-launch checks to ensure readiness for customers.
- Content Management: Upload and format product data across platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency of descriptions and assets.
- Localisation: Translate and adapt content for specific markets while maintaining brand tone.
- Team Collaboration: Support the ecommerce team with homepage updates, promotional campaigns, and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in ecommerce, digital, or content management roles.
- Solid grasp of CMS or ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written communication and proactive problem-solving.
