About the Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive CRM Executive to join Medik8 during an exciting phase of global expansion. As we continue to elevate and scale our CRM strategy across global channels, you will play a key role in driving customer retention and shaping multi-channel lifecycle communications across email and SMS/MMS, while keeping our premium brand voice at the heart of every interaction.

This position extends well beyond standard campaign sends. You will own campaigns end-to-end - from initial briefing, planning, and copywriting through to A/B testing, execution, performance analysis, and optimisation.

In more detail, your role will include:

  • Campaign Delivery: Planning, briefing, and executing CRM campaigns across email and SMS/MMS channels on time, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Content & Copywriting: Crafting high-quality, brand-aligned CRM copy, supporting wider digital content initiatives, and meticulously reviewing communications for accuracy and voice.
  • Testing & Optimisation: Conducting A/B tests across content and creative, monitoring key trading metrics, and delivering data-backed recommendations to boost customer engagement.
  • Loyalty & Retention: Supporting the growth and execution of customer loyalty programs to maximise engagement and drive long-term ROI.

Key Hiring Timeline

To ensure a smooth transition ahead of our 4th January 2027 start date, our hiring campaign will follow this structured schedule:

  • CRM Platform Expertise: Practical experience using CRM platforms to build, test, segment, and deploy multi-channel communications.
  • Analytical Capability: Confidence using Excel and/or Google Analytics to monitor campaign metrics and track customer engagement.
  • Written Communication & Copywriting: Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Project & Campaign Management: Robust organisational skills with a track record of managing multiple active projects in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Criteria

  • SMS/MMS Strategy: Experience coordinating or executing SMS and MMS marketing automation programs.
  • Loyalty Programs: Familiarity with customer loyalty frameworks, tiered retention rewards, or customer lifetime value initiatives.
  • Skincare & Beauty Affinity: A keen interest in or understanding of prestige skincare or clinical beauty verticals.
