Medik8 is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality operations across manufacturing shifts and the testing laboratory at our Innovation Centre in Aylesbury.
You will report to the Head of Quality Assurance and act as the bridge between QA, Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain to embed quality in daily operations.
The role is onsite, with direct leadership of 3 Team Leaders, governance of OOS testing, deviation resolution, and driving continuous improvement on the site.
