- Inspire and engage colleagues at all levels, transforming complex technical project requirements into a shared organisational value.
- Partner with all department heads to embed project ownership deep within their teams.
- Operational Performance & Improvement
- Lead a "find-it, fix-it" proactive approach to project hurdles through a highly visible site presence.
- Drive high-quality, root-cause investigations when project milestones deviate, focusing on systemic improvements.
- Translate raw project data into actionable business intelligence for the Senior Operational Leadership Team and operational heads.
- Own project reporting, focusing on leading indicators and proactive measures rather than just delayed deliverables.
Skills & Qualifications

- Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrable, hands-on experience working within a practical project environment.
