The International Logistics Manager (EU) is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the 3PL warehousing and logistics providers across the EU, delivering customer excellence for both D2C and B2B models. This role is a critical member of the global logistics team.

This position focuses on ensuring KPIs and budgets are met for the EU territory, overseeing outbound freight from the main warehouse in Aylesbury to EU 3PLs, including export documentation and carrier performance, and ensuring service levels across B2B and D2C routes. It operates within GMP and GDP and any additional regulated environments to ensure outbound logistics meet quality and regulatory standards. The role collaborates with the broader supply chain, planning, customer operations, and regional partners and supports project lead work for introduction and exit plans of business partners.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and engage the EU-based fulfilment activity.
  • Maintain management control and contractual accountability for EU 3PLs and logistics service providers.
  • Ensure partners are aligned to B-Corp sustainability goals and deliver on commitments.
  • Maintain consistent inbound and outbound movements; sustain 3PL productivity and despatch routines.
  • Serve as day-to-day escalation point for EU operational challenges to protect business goals.
  • Collaborate with the EU GM and Global Head of Logistics on priority areas.
  • Support the execution of the overall business plan to achieve year-on-year objectives.
  • Manage EU stock inventory with the Supply Chain team; ensure minimum stock levels and controls for damages, shrinkage, and write-offs.
  • Identify long-term improvements and investments to drive productivity and scale with the business plan.
  • Lead monthly KPI reviews with 3PL partners, implement corrective actions, and pursue continuous improvement and cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Ensure partners are audit-ready, meeting regulatory requirements for storing and transporting raw materials and finished goods.

Requirements

  • Experience managing in-house and 3PL solutions within a retail, e-tailer environment (Pharma, Beauty, or FMCG fulfilment preferred).
  • Strong understanding of EU 3PL logistics providers and operation in this complex territory.
  • Good knowledge of systems interfaces; able to act as a user of relevant systems.
  • Ability to manage operational costs and budgets, with the capability to challenge and support.
  • Flexible approach to working hours (early or late interactions as required).
  • Experienced in leadership and communication at all levels.
  • Familiarity with GMP and GDP quality processes.
  • Hands-on, proactive problem-solving abilities; operational project management experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills for contract tendering, setup, and delivery.
  • IT literate with the ability to adopt and leverage new systems and tools.
  • French, Polish or German language skills are advantageous.
