Blending Compliance Operative in Aylesbury

Our much-loved products are manufactured in-house and an exciting opportunity has arisen in our Manufacturing site.

The purpose of the Operations Compliance role is to ensure daily compliance of manufacturing operations and adherence to all GMP and quality checks required within the manufacturing areas. Your role is to verify that all compliance and quality control activities are correctly executed. This is an oversight role—you ensure the checks are done, but you do not perform the manufacturing tasks yourself. Site-based, Monday to Friday – 2PM - 10:30PM. For this opportunity, we are offering between £28,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

• Materials Component checks: part numbers, description, batch numbers, expiry dates, weight checks, scale verifications.
• Equipment checks: visual inspections, GMP checks, verifications, calibrations.
• In process controls: line clearance, PH testing, viscosity checks, specific gravity, visual checks, odour, temperature, speed.
• Conformity sign-off: PH, viscosity, specific gravity, visual, odour.

• Experience working in manufacturing.
• Experience working in quality control/compliance.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure, and to deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a small team.
