Positions are available across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory.

Expedited Specialist Pathway

Australia's Expedited Specialist Pathway provides a streamlined route to specialist registration for eligible Psychiatrists. Eligible applicants include consultants holding specialist qualifications from:

  • United Kingdom (CCT with GMC Specialist Registration)
  • Ireland (CSCST with Irish Medical Council Specialist Registration)

This pathway significantly reduces waiting times and avoids lengthy assessment processes previously required.

Eligibility

  • Hold specialist qualifications in Psychiatry from the UK or Ireland

  • Are interested in relocating to Australia within the next 4-8 months
