Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm
Location: Royston with ad hoc travel as required

What Does the Role Involve?
As an Occupational Health Technician, you’ll be part of a team that helps organisations look after the health and wellbeing of their employees. You'll work on-site in Royston, with some travel to client sites, to deliver a variety of health assessments that support early detection of health issues and promote long-term wellbeing at work.
Your day-to-day might include:
- Carrying out health surveillance tests such as:
- Audiometry (hearing tests)
- Spirometry (lung function tests)
- Skin prick allergy testing
- Vision screening
- Venepuncture (blood draws) – we’ll give you full training
No two days are quite the same. You’ll be working independently much of the time, so being confident, organised and self-motivated is key. Throughout your role, you’ll be supported by a friendly, experienced clinical team every step of the way. This role is a great opportunity to get hands-on clinical experience, develop your skills, and build a solid foundation for a career in occupational health.

- Have a degree in Sports Science, Physiology, Health & Exercise Science, or a related field
- Are a great communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Are hands-on, motivated, and excited about improving health outcomes in the workplace
- Have a full clean driving licence and access to a car
- Want to build a career with purpose and progression
Bonus points if you have experience as an EMT, Occupational Health Technician, or in nursing, but it’s not essential. We provide full training!
