This is a fantastic opportunity to kick‑start your career in a growing and rewarding industry.

Role Description

As an Occupational Health Technician, you’ll be part of a team that helps organisations look after the health and wellbeing of their employees. You'll travel to client sites to deliver a variety of health assessments that support early detection of health issues and promote long‑term wellbeing at work.

No two days are quite the same. You’ll be working independently most of the time, so being confident, organised, and self‑motivated is key. Throughout your role, you’ll be supported by a friendly, experienced clinical team every step of the way. This role offers hands‑on clinical experience, skill development, and a solid foundation for a career in occupational health.

  • Are a great communicator with excellent organisational skills.
  • Are hands‑on, motivated, and excited about improving health outcomes in the workplace.
  • Want to build a career with purpose and progress.

Bonus points if you have experience as an EMT, Occupational Health Technician, or in nursing, but it’s not essential. We provide full training.

  • Pension scheme.
  • Access to company benefits and discount portal.
  • Access to a health coaching program.
  • Cycle‑to‑work scheme.
