Talent Acquisition Specialist at Medigold Health
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday
Location: Hybrid to Oxford with travel as required

As a Nurse Manager for Medigold Health, you will take the lead in delivering a high-quality Occupational Health service to one of our key clients, overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and managing a team of Occupational Health Advisors, Nurses and Technicians.
You will bring your clinical expertise and leadership experience to ensure service delivery is consistent, compliant, and aligned with best practice. Alongside managing and supporting your team, you’ll be a key point of contact for the client, provide expert case management guidance, contribute to recruitment activity, and maintain governance standards through regular audit and supervision.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work both autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues across Medigold Health to ensure the service continues to evolve in line with client needs. You’ll play a vital role in promoting a culture of excellence, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the health and wellbeing of client employees.

Main Objectives
- Practice within the scope of the NMC professional practice and Code of Conduct and to work according to qualification, experience and competency.
- Responsible for the day to day personnel management of a team of allocated OHAs and Nurses and technicians.
- Active participation and flexibility to support recruitment activity for all nursing teams.
- The delivery of the Occupational Health Service to our client ensuring the provision of the occupational health advice is of the highest standard at all times.
- To act as an ambassador and promote the Occupational Health services available on the various client site locations.
- To ensure clinical standards of best practice are followed and company policies and procedures are adhered to.
- To fully utilise company IT systems in the performance of duties.
- Undertake clinical supervision/peer and team audit in relation to service delivery as identified.
- Undertaking investigation and response to queries and complaints arising from team activities.
Specific Responsibilities
- Work autonomously and as part of the Medigold Health multi-disciplinary team to ensure that a satisfactory level of service is provided to all clients and their employees achieving current service level agreements this includes the completion of all clinical administration.
- Ensure skills and competencies are maintained to undertake core Occupational Health activities as required.
- Ensure that CPD and other training needs are undertaken to ensure compliance with NMC requirement for continuing registration. Maintain evidence in support of Revalidation.
- Plan and organise the Flu vaccination campaign alongside the client.
- Maintain, store and handle medical records in accordance with Medigold Health Data Protection Policy and GDPR requirements in order to preserve and respect client and employee medical confidentiality.
- Liaise with other service teams for on going referral with both physio, counselling and EAP.
- Maintain supervision records for the team.
- Attend sickness absence meetings, client review meetings as required.
- Undertake regular scheduled Clinical audit as required.
- Take accountability for identifying, and boldly influencing and implementing improvements to the service provided from a clinical perspective, looking for opportunities to extend the Occupational Health products being offering.
Requirements for this role
- Trained to undertake all Core Occupational Health clinical skills.
- Experienced skills and competency with case management activities undertaking complex referrals
- Occupational Health degree/Diploma & NMC registration is essential.
- Previous managerial and people management experience would be desirable.
- Demonstrable experience within Occupational Health departments, preferably private sector experience.
- Experience of participation in tender support meetings and presentations to potential clients would be beneficial.
- Full UK driving licence.
