About Medify

Medify (medify.co) is a growing EdTech company helping aspiring medics become the doctors of tomorrow. We support learners preparing for the UCAT, GAMSAT, medical school interviews, A-levels and more — giving them the tools, structure and guidance they need to succeed. Backed by the mentorship of the NHS Director of Innovation, we're expanding globally and building tools to support clinicians throughout their careers. Our team of engineers, educators and medics is reshaping medical education with a bold, Gen Z-friendly brand that stays professional and trustworthy.

You’ll be joining a small design team currently consisting of two Product Designers, one Illustrator, and our Head of Design. You’ll be working within a small squad with your own Product Manager and set of Engineers. We use Figma to deliver designs, but use vibecoding tools extensively for mockups and prototypes. We’re not only using AI to help build our work, but we’re shipping AI features which are non-deterministic in nature.

The role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to own design for our Learning and Analytics squad. This squad helps students understand their strengths and weaknesses, direct their efforts toward the study materials that will help them most. This squad also partners with our Learning Team to make study materials the best they can be, and builds internal tooling that helps Medify employees work more productively.

  • Proven ability to tackle complex UX/UI challenges and ship user-focused designs
  • Excellent async communication skills (Slack, Loom, etc.)
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
