Company: Medify is on a mission to widen access to medicine and healthcare careers. As we scale our engineering team, we’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help us hire high-quality Software Engineers efficiently.
We’re looking for a highly capable Contract Technical Recruiter to take ownership of our engineering hiring pipeline over the next 3 months. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong technical understanding who can confidently assess candidate quality early, streamline our hiring process, and ensure a smooth, well-coordinated candidate experience.
You will work closely with hiring managers to vet candidates, conduct initial technical screening, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Review and vet CVs for Software Engineering roles, filtering for technical quality
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment pipeline (sourcing → offer)
- Maintain clean, accurate candidate data and pipeline hygiene
- Collaborate with CTO, Engineering Managers, Recruiters & Talent Manager on hiring decisions
Background as a Technical Recruiter, Engineering Manager, or Tech Lead is highly desirable. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
