Key Responsibilities & Strategic Influence
- Regional Strategy & Execution - You will evolve and implement a multi-year sales strategy for the EMEA region, to deliver double digit growth in our market segments and ensure the sustainable expansion of our market share.
- Elite Team Leadership - You will lead, grow, and mentor our Enterprise sales organization, coaching and inspiring high-performing sales teams across all key segments, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous innovation to exceed targets.
- Organizational Figurehead - As the preeminent leader for Life Sciences in Europe, you will act as a bridge between the brand and the market, building executive-level relationships and representing Dassault Systèmes at industry-defining forums.
- Cross-Functional Governance - You will chair the European Leadership Team (ELT), ensuring operational synergy across all our business functions and sit on the Global Sales Leadership team where you influence broader corporate trajectory and ensure EMEA’s voice shapes worldwide strategy.
Your Experience
