About the Team The Project Management team manages client relationships and ensures the delivery of quality projects on time and within budget through effective resource management. Responsibilities Reporting to the Director, Client Services, focusing on our CTMS / CTFM suite, your responsibilities include: Collaborating with internal and external resources to achieve project goals Leading complex projects or programs of projects Tracking deliverables and maintaining current documentation Managing client expectations and communications to ensure satisfaction Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and milestones Overseeing project financials, including forecasting and invoicing accuracy Maintaining accurate project documentation Raising and tracking work requests Documenting meetings and following up on action items Managing issues and risks with appropriate resolutions Communicating effectively with stakeholders Ensuring compliance with project management methodologies and quality systems Supporting sales and change order development Leading workshops and client meetings Qualifications Experience in clinical research (pharma/device/biotech) and SaaS technology Ability to work independently on routine and complex tasks Stakeholder engagement experience Risk management skills Ability to suggest improvements to increase value Mentoring experience Presentation skills Medidata offers competitive total rewards, including salary, bonuses, benefits like health insurance, pension, and holidays.
