  • Full‑Funnel Optimization: Manage the full performance marketing funnel, from top‑of‑funnel awareness (Display/Video) to bottom‑of‑funnel conversion, with a rigorous focus on lead quality and pipeline acceleration.
  • Advanced Measurement & Analytics: Partner with Marketing operations to understand and action the measurement framework for the Experience campaign, utilizing Multi‑Touch Attribution (MTA), testing, and engagement patterns to provide clear insights and actionable recommendations for optimization.

  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Solution Sales Specialists, Business Development and subject matter experts to develop messaging and align content with search intent and technical SEO strategies to build topical authority.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to quarterly marketing planning with data‑backed recommendations on budget allocation and channel diversification based on performance trends.

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in B2B or B2C marketing, with strong expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, and integrated campaign strategy.
  • Paid Media Mastery: Proven experience managing high‑budget B2B campaigns across SEM (Google/Bing), Paid Social (LinkedIn/Meta), content syndication and Programmatic platforms.
  • Content & AI Innovation: Proficiency in prompt engineering and AI‑assisted content tools (Gemini, Claude), testing and pilots to accelerate asset development and content refreshes.
  • Advanced Analytics: Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Analytics 4) and a deep understanding of campaign attribution models and media mix modeling (MMM).
  • MarTech Stack: Expert‑level knowledge of CRM and automation tools (Salesforce, Eloqua, Outreach) and technical SEO/web analytics.
  • Growth Mindset: A tactical, hands‑on executor who understands digital marketing, lead routing, and database segmentation.
