- Provide market insights, training opportunities, and career guidance
- Understand client requirements and recruitment processes
- Work closely with Business Development, Compliance, Payroll, and Marketing
- Use internal recruitment systems to track pipeline and activity
- Maintain accurate CRM records and notes
- Support timesheet and payroll administration
- Confident speaking with candidates/clients over the phone
- Recruitment or sales experience is beneficial (not essential)
- Healthcare recruitment experience is a bonus
