Resident Medical Officer (RMO) | Ad Hoc Private Hospital Shifts We're working with several of London's leading private healthcare providers to recruit Resident Medical Officers (RMOs) for flexible ad hoc shifts across a range of premium hospital settings.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain access to shifts within prestigious private organisations, supporting Consultant-led care and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing Providing resident medical cover for inpatients.

Assessing and managing acute clinical concerns.

Responding to medical emergencies and deteriorating patients.

Reviewing investigations and prescribing treatment.

Working closely with Consultants and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements GMC Registration with Licence to Practise Current ALS Certification Previous RMO, SHO, Clinical Fellow or Registrar experience Minimum 6 months' UK clinical experience (required) Full UK Right to Work (required) Strong acute medical and/or surgical background Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills Candidates who do not have a minimum of 6 months' UK clinical experience and full UK Right to Work will not be considered for these opportunities.

Specialist Oncology Opportunities Doctors with Oncology, Haematology, Cancer Services, Chemotherapy or Immunotherapy experience will have access to additional opportunities with one of our specialist cancer‑care clients.
